• 3–6 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI, preferably in Gold Loan or similar financial services sector
• Positive knowledge of branch operations, Gold Loan processes, and financial products
• Ability to drive business growth, achieve targets, and support team performance effectively Key Responsibilities: Handling branch operations, motivate the team and ensure team work to achieve branch targets every month. Ensure month on month gold loan growth for the branch. Canvassing and marketing all products including debentures, insurance, tour and travel. Custodian of key, cash management and accounting, gold appraisals, interest collection. Customer relationship building, improve interest collections, control NPAs, participate in the marketing activities
