Production Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily BIW welding production activities to meet production targets. Ensure productive utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. Develop and implement production schedules to align with project timelines and delivery goals. Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and customer specifications. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions. Work closely with the Quality team to ensure zero defect output. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of welders, technicians, and supervisors. Provide training and skill development opportunities to the team. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Process Optimization:



Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal production efficiency. Collaborate with the engineering team to introduce automation and advanced welding technologies. Safety and Compliance: Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular safety audits and implement safety best practices.
