Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance quality and efficiency. Introduce automation and advanced technologies to minimize defects and rework. Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and inspection protocols. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant regulatory requirements. Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis for quality defects and implement effective solutions. Use tools such as 8D,
FMEA, and Six Sigma methodologies for problem-solving. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to align quality goals with operational objectives. Train and mentor staff on quality best practices and ensure their adherence. Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate supplier quality processes and ensure raw materials meet required specifications. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues. Reporting & Metrics: Monitor and analyze key quality metrics, such as scrap rates, defect trends, and cost of quality. Present findings and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
