Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring for technical roles. Key Responsibilities: Source IT candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases Screen and shortlist candidates through calls and initial discussions Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Assist in offer negotiation and closure Handle document collection and verification Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding Experience in IT Staff Augmentation will be an added advantage Required Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills Hands-on experience with Naukri, Boolean search techniques, and LinkedIn Recruiter Understanding of IT roles and technologies Robust coordination and follow-up skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: MBA in HR & Computer/IT background (Preferred)
