SA Job Description & Summary:
1. Design and develop ETL processes using SAP BODS to extract, transform, and load data from various sources to target systems/data warehouses.
2. Expertise in designing ETL workflows including data extraction, lookups, joins, validation, and transformations.
3. Collaborate with functional consultants, and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Worked on migration projects on different streamlines like RTR, PTP and other stream objects
5. Knowledge on SQL and database concepts
6. Monitor and provide support for existing BODS solutions, identify root causes for failures and resolving issues.
7. Familiarity with batch scheduling tools and Management Console.
8. Monitor daily batch jobs and resolve job failures and data issues
9. Knowledge on Performance tuning to optimize ETL jobs to improve runtime efficiency and handle large data volumes
10. Experience on change request/ tickets to raise and resolve issues P BODS 1326
