Experience: Min 4+ years of Experience in Graphic Design
Salary: 4.2 LPA Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines
* Design high-quality visuals for digital platforms (social media, websites, ads, emailers)
* Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and campaigns
* Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver impactful creatives
* Lead and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback
* Ensure consistency in branding across all channels
* Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
Requirements & Skills
* Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work
* Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage
