Position: Executive Assistant – Strategy Location: Mumbai Role Overview: This is a leadership-track role working closely with senior management, contributing to strategic initiatives across large-scale infrastructure projects including T&D;, Metro, Railways, and Heavy Civil. Key Responsibilities: Support leadership in strategy formulation & execution Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business insights Drive cross-functional strategic projects Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership review Track key business metrics and support decision-making Engage with internal stakeholders across business verticals Desired Profile: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) MBA from Tier-1 / Top Institutes (IIMs / ISB / XLRI / SPJIMR / etc.) 2–6 years of experience in strategy / consulting / infra domain Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Prior exposure to EPC / Infrastructure sector preferred
