Job Title: Assistant Manager - IT Location: Delhi Job Overview: We are looking for a competent and driven Assistant Manager – IT to oversee and support enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and end-user services. The role requires hands-on expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, endpoint management, and network operations, along with the ability to manage incidents, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure high service availability.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (M365) services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user lifecycle processes Oversee identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, MFA, and security governance Lead implementation and management of Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) for endpoint configuration, compliance, and security Manage Azure Virtual Machines and cloud environments, ensuring uptime, scalability, and cost efficiency Drive IT service delivery using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira), including: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Supervise and participate in NOC operations, ensuring proactive monitoring and timely resolution of infrastructure and network issues Oversee and support network implementations and troubleshooting related to: VLANs SSIDs (Wireless Networks) VPNs Ensure continuous monitoring of systems, networks, and services using standard tools and practices Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain SLAs and service quality Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and SOPs Provide leadership support, guidance, and escalation handling for L1/L2 teams Requirements Solid hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 (M365) Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Microsoft Intune (MDM) Azure infrastructure (VMs and environment management) Practical experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira Solid understanding of networking concepts: VLANs, VPNs, SSIDs, routing basics Experience in NOC operations and infrastructure monitoring CCNA certification or equivalent networking expertise (preferred) ITIL certification (Foundation or above preferred)
