Salary : 3 per month Job Summary We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in core HR functions, especially recruitment. The ideal candidate should be MBA qualified and currently based in Calicut. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding) Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs Handle job postings on portals and social media platforms Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers Support HR operations such as attendance, employee records, and documentation Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities Requirements MBA in HR (Mandatory) 2–3 years of HR experience (recruitment-focused) Candidates must be currently based in Calicut Female candidates only (Age limit: up to 30 years) Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Industry Background Team Thai / Santa Monica / Insurance companies Builders / Architects / Real Estate companies Interested candidates can forward their updated resume to
