Oversee the preparation of detailed studies and the implementation of project management processes and phases, ensuring alignment with integration needs. Ensure the definition of cost estimation assumptions and the preparation of the projected budget, incorporating integration complexity factors. Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, particularly those related to system integration and interoperability. Manage project activities to meet client commitments Mobilize stakeholders around the project, with a specific focus on integration teams and external system providers. Ensure the coordination of project activities and tasks, emphasizing data flow, system compatibility, and interdependencies. Monitor resource usage and the evolution of project risks,



particularly those linked to integration challenges such as API compatibility, data migration, and cross-system dependencies. Ensure project communication to optimize interface and resource management Manage internal and external interface relationships, particularly between development, integration, testing, and operational teams. Organize follow-up, validation, and steering meetings, ensuring integration checkpoints are well-structured. Prepare periodic reports and the final project report, with a dedicated section for integration progress, issues, and resolutions. Control the development and monitoring of the project quality plan to meet quality requirements and standards Prepare the quality plan according to defined standards and norms, with a focus on integration validation and testing. Ensure the efficiency of quality and cost measurement indicators, including integration test coverage and defect resolution times. Continuously monitor strict adherence to quality commitments throughout all project phases, ensuring smooth end-to-end integration. Oversee the management of timelines, costs, and quality at each project phase, ensuring integration milestones are achieved without compromising performance.
