Experience: *10 – 12 Years (Mandatory experience in Two-Wheeler Industry)
Salary: *35,000 – 40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Location: *Trivandrum Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee overall branch operations including Sales, Service Coordination, and Administration
* Drive sales performance, revenue targets, and showroom profitability
* Lead, manage, and mentor the sales, service, and support teams
* Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with brand standards
* Manage inventory planning, vehicle deliveries, and documentation processes
* Coordinate with Head Office and Business Head for performance reporting and strategy execution
* Handle local marketing initiatives,



test ride programs, and customer engagement activities
* Ensure compliance with company SOPs, audits, and statutory requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Currently or previously working as Branch Manager / Showroom Manager / Sales Manager in a two-wheeler dealership
* Experience with premium or electric vehicle brands will be an added advantage
