Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage Talent Acquisition role in Mumbai
- Source applicants through online job portals and recruitment channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Interview candidates as per the scorecard and share profiles within TAT
- Salary Negotiation/Offer release of selected candidate as per TAT defined
- Comply with HR compliances and follow the Recruitment processes as per SOP
- Maintain Trackers & dashboards used for recruitment, including interview notes to share with key stakeholders
- Significant Stake holder management
Key Requirements – Education & Certification
- MBA prefered
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
- Candidate with prior experience in Talent Acquisition will be preferred
- Working knowledge on dashboards and excel proficiency
- Good Communication skills
