Industry: Automobile Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Manufacture, assemble, and repair dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures Perform precision machining using CNC, milling, grinding, and lathe machines Interpret engineering drawings and CAD designs accurately Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues to reduce production downtime Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of tools and dies Ensure tools meet required quality and dimensional standards Support production team in tool setup and adjustments Maintain proper documentation of work, measurements,



and repairs Follow safety standards and workshop procedures Assist in training junior technicians when required Required Qualifications Diploma / ITI in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Minimum 7 years of experience in tool room operations (automobile industry preferred) Required Skills Robust knowledge of die making, mold making, and machining processes Expertise in CNC machines, milling, grinding, and lathe operations Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD designs Leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations
