• 2-5 years expertise in full cycle recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, and placing qualified personnel in quick turn around time in contract, C2C, C2H, Permanent positions.• Recruiting experience in US IT staffing with strong IT technical knowledge.• Understanding client requirements, coordinating for shortlisting and screening including preliminary interview/screening of the candidates.• Identifying the right candidates by searching job/web portals (Monster, Dice, CB, Tech fetch, etc), internal database, and referrals.• Understanding of US benefits, compensations, US Visa, employment types, and tax terms.• Regularly conversing and dealing with candidates on OPT, H1Bs, GCs, and US Citizens, etc.• Sourcing submissions, negotiate salaries, conduct preliminary screenings, scheduling interviews, extend offers, explain perks, etc.• Validation of resumes for genuine, experience, and verification of work status.• Strong communication skills are a MUST.
