2.Candidate should have handled a team of at least 10-12 people in past.
3.Should have a good idea of Gulbarga pharmaceutical market
4.Ability to lead team is necessary, should have led large teams in past
5.Candidate should have worked either in pharmaceutical distribution space or have been in warehouse operations of any major pharmaceutical company.

Job Description – Branch Head - Gulbarga
1.Oversee end to end operations of the region including sales, operations, supply chain, purchase, human resource etc.
2.Implementation of Business Plan under guidance of Senior Management




3.Deliverable of business and profitability growth In line with Business Plan
4.Maintaining the productivity in line with the business plan
5.Keep a track on the competition and have critical knowledge about the developments happening in the pharmaceutical distribution space
6.Finding innovative ways to reach the targeted clients and broaden demand funnel in line with Business Plan
7.Structured Reviews of team and taking corrective measures to ensure delivery
8.Interaction and negotiations with Pharmaceutical company representatives
9.Adhering to Compliance requirement of the organization
10.Develop a Robust & Saleable distribution reach. m
