We are looking for a Sales Rep with previous experience in Metal Stamping (or Mould) Sales preferably someone who has a Tool Design / Estimation or Diemaking background.We are looking for someone who is young and hungry and willing to work really hard.The job involves:Identifying upcoming programsIdentifying new customersMeeting customers and getting RFQ'sSubmitting QuotesFollowing up on the Quotes till orders are closedCo-ordinating with the plant in IndiaAttending all the Online Review meetingsFollowing the tools when they arrive in the USBeing present at Home Line BuyoffHelping the customers with any service or installation issuesCoordinating with a local die makerTraveling by car across the Midwest and the South where manufacturing plants are locatedNeeds to have his own carFilling out the CRM data on the Company's CRM platformMust understand technology and Company products extremely wellMust have developed good/key relationships with customersMust have demonstrated the ability to seek out and identify new opportunities within assigned accountsMust have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writingMust be capable of working with a high degree of personal disciplineThe candidate would be expected to work from a home office predominantly but would also need to be within 2-3 hours driving distance of our facility in Grand Rapids preferably.
