We are looking for an experienced Inventory Management Executive to manage inventory operations for our food/e-commerce business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, monitoring product movement, coordinating with warehouse and e-commerce teams, and ensuring timely replenishment.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce inventory, stock reconciliation, Excel/Google Sheets, warehouse coordination, and expiry/batch management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain daily inventory and stock levels across e-commerce/warehouse channels.
- Track inward, outward, sales, returns, damages and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Reconcile physical stock vs. system stock and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales and e-commerce teams for stock availability.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment based on sales and inventory levels.
- Track batch numbers, manufacturing dates and expiry dates, especially for food products.
- Monitor near-expiry and expired stock and coordinate necessary action.
- Manage inventory related to e-commerce orders, cancellations and returns.
- Help prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and maintain proper documentation.
- Support inventory planning based on sales trends and demand.
- Ensure proper storage and inventory rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles.
