Role Objective

KAN Universal is looking for a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Technical, Operations, Accounts, Marketing and managerial positions.

This is primarily a recruitment role, not a payroll/compliance HR role.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to joining.

* Understand the actual requirement of each department before sourcing.

* Prepare and improve Job Descriptions.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, consultants and direct headhunting.

* Actively search and approach passive candidates.

* Screen CVs against defined selection criteria.

* Conduct structured first-round telephonic/video interviews.

* Evaluate candidates on communication, stability, experience, salary, attitude and role suitability.





* Coordinate interviews with HODs and management.

* Conduct reference and basic background checks where required.

* Negotiate compensation and manage offer closure.

* Follow candidates aggressively between offer acceptance and joining.

* Maintain backup candidates for critical positions.

* Develop a continuous talent pipeline for frequently required positions.

* Maintain Recruitment MIS and weekly hiring reports.

Required Skills

Candidate must have:

* 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
