Role Overview

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and
execution for flagship conferences, events, and key product portfolios within
the HR, professional services, and future-of-work space.

This role requires a marketer who combines solid B2C instincts with B2B




depth—someone who understands how to build buzz, drive demand, and convert
audiences at scale. You will be responsible for creating high-impact campaigns
that generate audience interest, drive registrations and revenue, and strengthen
the organization’s position as a thought leader in the world of work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

* Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for conferences, events, and key product
portfolios.

* Design integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email,
partnerships, and on-ground activations.

* Build high-conversion marketing funnels from awareness through registration
and engagement.

* Develop campaign strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.

2. Demand Generation & Growth

* Drive delegate registrations, audience engagement, lead generation, and
revenue impact.

* Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns, including paid media,
retarget
