Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on campus, including conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Develop and implement effective safety policies, procedures, and training programs for students, faculty, and staff.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure readiness.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role within an educational institution or industry setting.
- Solid understanding of safety compliance requirements for campuses/institutions.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective safety protocols/programs.
