What will you do?

You’ll be responsible for managing
day-to-day salon-at-home operations across Bangalore
, including:

• Tracking and managing daily bookings & appointments

• Coordinating with beauticians and ensuring smooth service execution

• Managing appointment slots, cancellations, reschedules & customer requirements

• Monitoring booking-to-service flow and resolving operational issues

• Tracking beautician availability, attendance & productivity

• Ensuring every appointment is completed smoothly and on time

• Coordinating between customers, beauticians and internal teams

• Monitoring city-level operational performance and daily targets

• Identifying operational gaps and taking quick corrective action





• Building processes to make Bangalore operations more efficient

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is
hands-on, highly organised and comfortable managing things on the ground.

You should be someone who:

✅ Can handle multiple things at once

✅ Is comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets & basic data tracking

✅ Has strong communication and coordination skills

✅ Can take ownership instead of waiting for instructions

✅ Is comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment

✅ Can handle pressure and solve problems quickly
