About the Team
The Monetization Platforms department is one of the strategic units within Corporate IT and is responsible for Design, development & management of Billing, Licensing and Subscription Solutions as three central services across the ZEISS Group worldwide.
Your Role
As a Support Devops Engineer (Global Role) with 2-7 years ,
you are responsible for the support and handling incidents for Licensing platform at Zeiss.
Your key responsibilities:
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):
- Solid understanding of software licensing processes and workflows (entitlements, activations, renewals, deactivations)
- Proven ability to analyze technical logs, traces, and telemetry and to reproduce incidents in test environments
- Robust experience working with ticketing systems for handling incidents and service requests
- Basic hands-on experience with SAP (navigation, reading key business data, understanding process context)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, including explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Customer-oriented mindset with a structured and reliable working style
- Strong ability to prioritize and self-organize in a dynamic environment with parallel tickets, requests, and stakeholders
