We are looking for an experienced Senior Facebook / Meta Ads Specialist with a proven track record of managing, optimizing, and scaling high-budget advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be able to take full ownership of Meta Ads accounts and make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and drive profitable growth.
- Manage and scale large monthly Meta Ads budgets
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversions
• Develop strategies for lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
• Test and optimize creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures
• Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities for profitable scaling
Preferred Candidate Profile
4+ years of hands-on Facebook / Meta Ads experience preferred.
Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Media Buying, Campaign Optimization, Meta Pixel, CAPI, Retargeting, and Attribution.
Candidates with proven experience personally managing large advertising budgets and delivering measurable ROAS/CPA results will receive priority consideration.
