About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own franchise acquisition and corporate partnership growth across India. This is a revenue-accountable role, not a brand or communications role. Success is measured on qualified leads, cost per sign-up, and franchises signed.
You will run the full funnel from campaign strategy and media buying through to conversion and build the team that delivers it.

Key Responsibilities
Franchise Acquisition
Own the national franchise pipeline end to end: enquiry, qualification, site visit, MOU, property finalisation
Build and optimise geo-targeted campaigns across priority markets in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities
Position the franchise prospect credibly to investor-profile prospects, including unit economics and ROI
Performance Marketing




Plan, build and manage Google Ads campaigns hands-on; Search, Performance Max, YouTube and Display
Manage Meta campaigns across franchise, admissions and corporate objectives
Own the monthly marketing budget with accountability on cost per qualified lead and cost per sign-up
Report performance weekly against defined targets
Corporate Partnerships
Drive B2B outreach for corporate daycare and crèche tie-ups with HR and administration heads at large corporates and MNCs
Support proposal and tender responses with marketing collateral and positioning
Conversion Infrastructure
Own landing pages, lead forms, creative briefs and campaign assets
Establish CRM discipline, lead scoring and follow-up SLAs across the sales funnel
Track and improve funnel conversion at every stage
Team Leadership
Build and lead an in-house team spanning performance marketing, creative and telecalling
Manage agencies,
