We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to support the growth and operations of our India Global Capability Center (GCC). This role will serve as the primary HR partner for the India organization, working closely with local leadership, global functional teams, and regional HR stakeholders.
The HR Manager will serve as the primary HR and Administration leader for the India GCC, overseeing human resources, workplace operations, employee experience, and administrative functions. This role plays a critical part in supporting organizational growth, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive employee experience within a fast-growing and globally connected environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions and levels.
Support onboarding and integration of new employees to ensure a positive employee experience.




Monitor hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment updates to management.
HR Business Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
Partner with managers to enhance team effectiveness and organizational performance.
Drive performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Provide coaching and guidance on employee development.
Employee Relations
Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and objectivity.
Support conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant application of company policies and procedures.
Support disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and grievance handling.
Compensation & Benefits
Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll-related HR processes.
Support annual salary review, budget, advantages administration, and compensation benchmarking act
