What you’ll be responsible for:
Managing and converting high-value real estate leads
Handling end-to-end property sales
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Conducting property presentations and site visits
Negotiating and closing deals
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Guiding and supporting junior sales team members
Maintaining a strong pipeline and regular follow-ups
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of experience in real estate sales




Robust communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Good understanding of the Jaipur real estate market
Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
