Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources is a full time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and supporting a growing manufacturing and retail solutions environment. Daily activities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, administering compensation and benefits,



and ensuring adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, coordinating performance management processes, and supporting training and development initiatives. The Senior Executive HR will collaborate with leadership to implement HR best practices, drive engagement initiatives, and contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with the ability to apply HR principles in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Hands-on experience in HR Management and HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR documentation.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, with skills in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and building a collaborative workplace.
Experience in developing, communicating, and implementing HR Policies, ensuring compliance with lab
