Hiring for AI Business Architect for Bangalore location
Exp: 8+years
Job Location: Bangalore
Skill
Deep understanding of building AI agents, bots, and applications, including GenAI/LLM concepts, RAG, and agentic workflows sufficient to assess feasibility and guide solution design.
Demonstrated hands-on ability to rapidly prototype working AI solutions using AI-assisted/“vibe” coding tools (e.g., LLM-based coding assistants) — not just facilitate workshops or write strategy documents.
Working knowledge of how to harden, secure, and scale-test an AI prototype (authentication, data handling, basic security review, load/scale considerations) sufficient to take ownership of this when needed.
Proven experience translating ambiguous business needs into structured technical requirements and roadmaps.
Exceptional English verbal communication and executive presentation skills — able to understand, negotiate, convince, and clearly articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical and senior stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation,
and negotiation skills; comfortable resolving scope, ownership, and prioritization disputes.
Experience driving technology adoption/change management within a business organization (advocacy, enablement, training).
Ability to build and deliver compelling business cases and demonstrations to executive audiences.
Hands-on proficiency with up-to-date AI coding/agent ecosystems — some or all of: OpenAI ecosystem, Anthropic ecosystem, Google Gemini ecosystem, Snowflake CortexAI, TrueFoundry, Abacus.ai, Cursor, Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot/Azure AI), and/or similar AI ecosystems. Breadth across multiple ecosystems is expected; depth in every single one is not required, but familiarity with none of them is not acceptable for this role.
Proven experience owning the business/vendor-relationship side of an enterprise AI agent or orchestration platform — e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini Enterprise, Snowflake CortexAI, TrueFoundry, Abacus.
