Role Description:
The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist | Meta & Google Ads will lead end-to-end performance marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for UrbanGabru. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune Division and involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing media strategies, setting up and managing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, conducting A/B tests,



and implementing data-driven optimizations. The specialist will collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to align messaging with brand objectives and ensure cohesive campaign execution. The role also includes budget management, reporting on campaign outcomes, and recommending improvements to enhance ROI and scale successful strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
● Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Snapchat, and emerging platforms — from awareness to conversion.
