The Role:
We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Intern to join our team remotely. You'll sit at the intersection of brands and creators - helping identify opportunities, pitch collaborations, and keep campaigns moving from first email to final deliverable. This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how influencer marketing deals actually get done.
What you'll be doing:
Researching and identifying potential brand partners across categories relevant to our creator roster
Assisting in drafting pitch decks and partnership proposals for brands
Coordinating between brand teams and creators to align on campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables
Tracking outreach, follow-ups, and deal status across an active pipeline
Supporting negotiations and contract coordination alongside senior team members
Monitoring campaign performance post-launch and helping compile reports for brand partners
Staying on top of industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging brand-creator collab formats
What we're looking for:
Strong written and verbal communication - you'll be talking to brands and creators regularly
Comfortable with basic pitch/proposal creation (PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides)
Highly organized - able to juggle multiple brand conversations and deadlines at once
