About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, people-focused, and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team at InventIndia. This role offers an opportunity to work across the complete employee lifecycle,



with strong ownership of Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Workplace Culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1) Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Drive end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and offer closure.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
