URGENT HIRING ZONE SALES MANAGER

Reporting To: GM – Sales & Marketing and Executive Director

ROLE OBJECTIVE

Dew Foams Private Limited is urgently looking for a result-oriented Zone Sales Manager to manage and expand its business across East & West Godavari.

The position will be directly responsible for sales growth, payment collections, customer retention, new customer acquisition and market expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Manage and strengthen the existing customer base across East & West Godavari.
- Identify and acquire new customers, dealers and B2B business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Increase sales volumes while maintaining Management-approved pricing and commercial terms.
- Take active responsibility for payment collections and outstanding receivables.
- Monitor competitor pricing, schemes and market movements.
- Provide timely market intelligence and competitor updates to Management.
- Coordinate with Production, Billing, Accounts and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.




- Submit daily market visit updates and weekly sales & collection reports.
- Improve Dew Foams’ market coverage and market share within the assigned territory.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and effective after-sales coordination.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred

Experience: 3–5 years in Sales / B2B / Dealer Management preferred

Industry Preference: EPE Foam, Packaging, Plastics, Foam, Mattress, Building Materials or related industries.

Candidates with good knowledge of the East & West Godavari markets and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory will be preferred.
