Store Manager Quick Commerce

Location: Wilson Garden, Bengaluru

Experience: 7–8 Years

Salary: 38,000 – 42,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead the operations of our Quick Commerce store in Wilson Garden. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing high-volume retail, dark stores, or quick commerce operations and be capable of driving operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Manage and lead store staff, ensuring high productivity and adherence to operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, shrinkage control, and replenishment activities.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery coordination to meet customer service standards.
- Track key operational KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, compliance, and SOP adherence.
- Handle customer concerns and operational escalations effectively.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse,



and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive team engagement, training, and performance management.

Candidate Requirements

- 7–8 years of experience in Store Operations, Retail Management, or Quick Commerce.
- Prior experience in Quick Commerce, Dark Stores, E-commerce Fulfillment Centers, or Modern Retail is mandatory.
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
- Good understanding of inventory control, store processes, and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Background Candidates from organizations in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Grocery Retail, Hyperlocal Delivery, or Dark Store Operations will be highly preferred.
