We’re looking for a friendly, responsible and well-organised Store Executive to be a part of our team.

What you’ll be doing

- Welcoming and assisting customers in the store
- Helping customers select sarees and providing a warm shopping experience
- Handling billing and basic store transactions
- Managing WhatsApp enquiries and customer messages
- Handling basic Instagram activities — responding to DMs, comments, etc.
- Managing basic website enquiries and customer communication
- Taking photos and videos of sarees/products for Instagram and the website
- Updating and maintaining basic product information online
- Operating a computer, smartphone and basic store software
- Helping with day-to-day store operations and keeping the store organised

What we’re looking for
- Good communication skills and a friendly personality
- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling enquiries




- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Instagram
- Willingness to learn basic website and billing operations
- Good attention to detail
- Responsible, punctual and organised
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, sarees or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory

Salary: 8,000 - 15,000

Working Hours: 9 am - 8 pm

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
