WE ARE HIRING A RECRUITER / TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a smart, proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter who can independently source and screen candidates for our growing team.
The immediate requirement is mainly for Field Sales Executives and other entry-level/junior-level positions. The recruiter will also work on hiring for Photographers, Videographers, Photo Editors, Video Editors, Beauticians and other roles whenever required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook groups and other recruitment channels.
- Focus on sourcing candidates for Field Sales and entry-level positions.
- Make recruitment calls and conduct the initial screening.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Generate relevant candidate profiles on a regular basis.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure genuine/interested candidates are shared with the HR team.
- Explore new ways and channels to find suitable candidates.
- Maintain daily recruitment updates and candidate records.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience.
- Previous experience hiring for Field Sales, Sales Executives, Telecallers or other junior-level roles preferred.
- Strong candidate sourcing and calling skills.
- Kannada communication is mandatory.
- Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
- Positive understanding of local candidate sourcing in Bangalore.
- Self-driven and comfortable working with recruitment targets.
- Ability to generate candidates independently rather than relying on one job portal.
