About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Sr. Engineer / Jr. Manager – Maintenance with solid hands-on experience in electrical, automation, PLC, VFD, SCADA, plant machinery, and utilities maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for the overall maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Schedule and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities to minimize equipment downtime.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-based automation systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Siemens PLC S7-300 / S7-1200 systems.
- Handle Siemens HMI programming and troubleshooting.
- Work with LS PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot and maintain VFDs, including Danfoss, Siemens, and Fuji.




- Provide basic troubleshooting and support for SCADA – WinCC Explorer systems.
- Maintain proper records for calibration, equipment history cards, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure availability and proper stocking of maintenance spares and consumables.
- Monitor critical spare requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
- Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to reduce machine downtime.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Guide and coordinate with maintenance technicians and supporting staff.
