Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Special Educator role based in Delhi, India.

The Special

Educator will design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for learners with disabilities, adapting curriculum and classroom activities to meet varied learning needs.

Responsibilities include delivering specialized instruction, providing academic and behavioral support, and collaborating closely with general education teachers, school staff, and families. The role involves assessing student progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in meetings and reviews related to student development.

The Special





Educator will also contribute to creating an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment for middle school and other age groups as needed.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of Special Education practices and experience working with learners with disabilities.
- Proven Teaching experience, preferably with Middle School students in inclusive or specialized settings.
- Excellent Communication skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to design and implement individualized education plans and use appropriate assessment tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in Special Education, as required by local regulations.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills and capacity to support social-emotional development.
- Empathy, patience, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to inclusive education.
