Role Description The Spa Therapist role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru South.

The Spa

Therapist will perform a variety of spa treatments, including facials, body therapies, and pedicures, following established protocols and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable treatments, and delivering services that reflect the spa’s holistic and nature-inspired philosophy.



The role also involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, supporting daily spa operations, and providing attentive customer service to ensure a calm, welcoming experience for every guest. Collaboration with the wider spa team to promote wellness offerings and uphold quality standards is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

- Relevant skills in cosmetology and professional spa treatments, with the ability to deliver high-quality services safely and effectively.
- Proficiency in facials and pedicures, including skin and nail care techniques and product knowledge.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, communication, and guest comfort.
- Certification or diploma in cosmetology, spa therapy, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or beauty clinic is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic or holistic therapies is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, maintain professional grooming standards, and follow health and safety guidelines.
