Skills And Competencies

8+ years of relevant experience,



including substantial hands-on leadership of Finance process transformation, process excellence, or operating-model improvement in a complex organization.
Deep knowledge of core Finance processes, controls, data, and operating models across areas such as close and consolidation, reporting, planning and forecasting, revenue, and billing.
Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end improvement initiatives, from diagnosis and future-state design through implementation, change adoption, and measurable benefits realization.
Mastery of structured process-improvement methods, supported by Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior Finance leaders and align globally distributed, cross-functional teams without direct authority.
