This role is responsible for managing service contract administration from activation through maintenance, correction, extension, and termination. You will play an important part in ensuring contracts are accurately processed, invoices are resolved efficiently, and revenue-related activities are completed on time. Working closely with Service Inside Sales, finance, and commercial stakeholders, you will provide responsive support and help maintain smooth contract operations. The position combines customer support, contract administration, billing coordination, and ERP-based processes. You will also investigate discrepancies and ensure corrections are handled in line with established policies. Accountabilities:
Manage end-to-end service contract administration, including activation, maintenance, extensions, corrections, and terminations, while ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Process service contract corrections, including credit and rebilling activities, in accordance with internal policies and financial guidelines.
Investigate, resolve, and close disputed service contract invoices by coordinating with relevant service, finance, and commercial stakeholders.
Support Service Inside Sales by responding to contract-related inquiries through email and providing accurate, timely information.
Maintain extended warranty commitments and related contract updates at Point of Sale (POS).
Ensure service contract records and billing information remain accurate and up to date within relevant ERP systems.
