We are looking for a creative, confident, and energetic Social Media & Content Creator to join the upGrad School of Technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to appear on camera and create engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and innovative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for reels, videos, interviews, campus content, and other digital campaigns.
- Ideate and execute creative content around students, campus life, technology, education, events, and brand stories.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and content styles.
- Collaborate with the marketing and campus teams to develop content ideas and campaigns.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, hooks, and short-form content.
- Track content performance and use insights to improve engagement and reach.

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Ability to understand trends and convert them into relevant content.
- Energetic, presentable, and comfortable interacting with students and teams on campus.
- Candidates who can work from the Pune or Bengaluru campus.
