- Scanner Integration — Demonstrated experience integrating CNAPP/CSPM solutions and vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys) with the ServiceNow SecOps module, including data ingestion, normalisation, and CMDB alignment.
- ServiceNow Integration Mechanisms — Robust working knowledge of ServiceNow integration tools and methods, including Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, and mid-server configurations for cross-platform data flows.
- Closed-Loop Remediation Workflow Design — Ability to design and configure assignment routing, SLA-driven remediation workflows, vulnerability grouping, prioritization, and automated task creation directed to the correct infrastructure and application teams.
- KPI/SLA Reporting &
- Dashboards — Experience building dashboards and reporting views in ServiceNow, including export interfaces to external data warehouses for stakeholder and steering committee visibility.
