Lead and manage end-to-end Loan Against Property (LAP) disbursement, repayment processing, and reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee timely and accurate loan disbursements as per credit approvals and policies
- Manage repayment processing, including EMI tracking, adjustments, and closures
- Ensure daily reconciliation of disbursement and repayment transactions with bank statements and internal systems
- Drive process compliance with RBI guidelines and internal control frameworks
- Handle escalations, discrepancies, and audit requirements
- Monitor team performance, TAT, and error rates; ensure productivity and quality benchmarks
- Coordinate with Credit, Finance, Operations, and Banking partners
- Having experience of pennant system will be an added benefit.
