About The Role

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to provide technical leadership for Salesforce development within a global CRM Center of Excellence. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with experience leading partner/vendor development teams. The candidate will drive technical quality, solution implementation, integration, and release management while ensuring alignment with Salesforce standards.

The Lead Salesforce Developer will provide technical oversight to partner development teams and act as a key technical interface between the partner team, CRM design, and project management stakeholders. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions while promoting standard Salesforce functionality over unnecessary customization.

The position requires hands-on development across Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs, along with experience implementing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations. The developer will also support platform maintenance, monitoring, data management, and operational activities.

The role operates within an Agile/Scrum or Kanban environment, supporting Salesforce release management and continuous improvement of development, testing, and deployment processes. Strong collaboration with global stakeholders and effective partner delivery management are key aspects of the position.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide technical leadership and oversight for Salesforce partner/vendor development teams.
- Design, build, test, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Work extensively with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Implement, troubleshoot, and support Salesforce integrations.
- Manage Salesforce releases within Agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery environments.
- Define and improve technical processes for development, testing, and deployment.
- Support platform maintenance, monitoring, data management, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
