Experience in Source-to-Pay operations, particularly PR-to-PO.

Exposure to Contract Management, Content Management and Supplier Management.

Strong understanding of procurement processes and operations.

Experience managing a team.

Should have driven at least one strategic team-management initiative.

3. Process Transition

Experience managing S2P process transitions across multiple countries.

Exposure to transition planning, knowledge transfer and process stabilization.

Onsite transition/travel experience preferred.

4. Process Improvement & AI

Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives.

Exposure to AI/GenAI projects in procurement/S2P.

Should be able to demonstrate measurable outcomes from automation/AI.
