About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.

Manage end-to-end lead-generation campaigns for Game Development, Software Development, iGaming, and Art & Design Services.

Conduct in-depth audience research and build targeting strategies tailored to international markets, particularly the USA, UK, and other high-potential regions.

Manage and optimize Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, LinkedIn, and other relevant campaign formats.

Develop, test, and iterate on ad copies, creatives, audience segments, and landing pages (A/B testing).

Monitor and report on key metrics including CPL, CPQL, conversion rate, lead quality, and overall campaign ROI.

Identify patterns behind low-quality or irrelevant leads and implement corrective targeting/budget strategies.

Build and manage remarketing campaigns, custom audiences, and lookalike audience strategies.





Collaborate closely with Design, Content, SEO, and Business Development teams to align on campaign requirements, messaging, and creative assets.

Prepare regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) with actionable insights and optimization recommendations for leadership.

Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor advertising strategies.

Requirements:
Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (agency or in-house experience in IT services, gaming, or B2B lead gen preferred).

Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering on CPL/CPQL and ROI targets.

Experience targeting international markets (USA, UK preferred).
