Job Summary

Supreme Tech is looking for an experienced Quality Head to take overall responsibility for product and process quality across the organization.

The candidate will lead the Quality team, ensure quality standards are followed, reduce rejection and rework, resolve customer complaints, and work closely with Production and other departments to prevent recurring quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management

- Lead and manage the complete Quality Department.
- Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and inspection systems.
- Ensure effective incoming, in-process, and final quality control.
- Monitor and improve overall quality performance.

1. Process & Product Quality

- Identify and eliminate process-related quality problems.
- Reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and quality losses.
- Ensure production follows approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Drive Quality at Source and defect-prevention practices.

1. Customer Complaints

- Take ownership of customer quality complaints.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.
- Prepare and review 8D / CAPA / RCA reports where required.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented and recurrence is prevented.

1. Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

- Manage, train, and develop the Quality team.




- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchase, and Suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Build a robust quality culture across the organization.

1. Continuous Improvement

- Drive initiatives to reduce rejection and improve process capability.
- Use quality data to identify recurring problems and improvement opportunities.
- Implement 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, Kaizen, SPC, FMEA, and other quality tools as applicable.

Candidate Profile
- 8-15 years of experience in manufacturing quality, preferably with Quality leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Experience in customer complaint handling and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand specifications and tolerances.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work directly on the shop floor.
- ISO 9001 experience will be an advantage.
