Role Description The Senior Project Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of immigration and visa consulting projects. This role includes planning and managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration regulations and internal quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong project leadership and management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in immigration or visa consulting, with practical knowledge of Canadian immigration procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities, with a focus on service quality and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in team supervision, performance management, and mentoring, with the ability to guide consultants and support staff.
- Analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to interpret policies, manage documentation, and streamline operational processes.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, law, international relations, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a senior or director-level role within consulting, qualified services, or immigration services is highly beneficial.
