About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Chartered Accountant to join our VCFO &

- Managed Services division as a Senior Manager / Associate Director. The role owns a portfolio of clients — acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact, while ensuring seamless delivery of accounting, finance, compliance, and reporting services. The ideal candidate brings robust technical expertise, leadership and stakeholder-management skills, and a genuine appetite for using technology and automation to improve how service is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and account manager for assigned clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business owners, finance teams, and other key stakeholders

- Understand client requirements and proactively provide solutions and recommendations

- Conduct regular review meetings with clients and sustain high levels of client satisfaction

- Drive excellent client experience, and an increase in our overall relationship value with the assigned clients

Service Delivery &

- Team Management

- Manage end-to-end delivery of VCFO and Managed Services engagements

- Lead and mentor a team of Chartered Accountants, CA Inter candidates, accountants, and other finance professionals

- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all client deliverables

- Monitor team performance, allocate resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement

- Get involved in the shortlisting, selection and hiring process to build / grow the team

Financial Reporting &

- MIS

- Prepare and review periodic MIS reports,



dashboards, management reports, and financial analyses before submission to clients

- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements wherever required

Compliance &

- Governance

- Ensure all statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and well within prescribed timelines

- Monitor compliance calendars and establish strong governance mechanisms across engagements

- Support statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory reviews

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate with internal specialist teams across Direct Tax, Indirect Tax (GST), FEMA, Investment Banking, Secretarial, Payroll, and other service lines

- Ensure seamless delivery of integrated, end-to-end solutions to clients

- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to enable effective execution

Technology &

- Process Excellence

- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation across engagements

- Drive implementation of digital tools, workflow automation, dashboards, and reporting solutions

- Continuously improve operational efficiency, controls, and service quality

Business Advisory

- Help clients strengthen financial processes, controls, and governance frameworks





- Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand service offerings within existing client relationships

- Support business development initiatives, and participate in client pitches and proposals where required

Mandatory Requirements

- Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of post-qualification experience

- Prior experience in VCFO, outsourced accounting, financial reporting, consulting, shared services, or a professional services environment

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, audits, taxation, and compliance requirements

- Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and teams simultaneously

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Proficiency in ERP systems, MIS reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel

Good to Have

- Exposure to automation tools, BI dashboards, and digital finance transformation initiatives

- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across accounting, tax, and compliance

- Experience managing client portfolios across multiple industries or geographies

- Track record of cross-selling or expanding scope within existing client relationships
