- Compliance KPIs and testing the controls
- Thematic reviews
- Regulatory Compliances: Review of implementation of current regulations and testing thereof.
- IRDAI Mock Inspection reviews and data collation and verifications
- Analysis of IRDAI orders on peer insurers and testing of compliance levels of the company thereof
- Any other time bound assignments related to regulatory compliance monitoring.
Incumbent Characteristics Essential Desired Qualification CA
MBA Experience 7+ years
